At Lavin Strategies, we believe strategic planning shouldn't have to be complicated, time consuming, or costly. While each engagement is unique and can be customized to fit the client's needs and budget, our process typically includes:​​​

Full-day or half-day facilitated strategic planning retreat

Two-hour action planning retreat with key staff (if applicable)

5-10 page written strategic plan

Presentation to the full board
Additional steps may include:
Focus groups and /or one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders.

Our process separates long-term vision-setting from short-term action planning. Focusing action-planning on the next 12 to 18 months ensures results are relevant, achievable, and priority-centered. ​
